Managing Partner & Lead Advocate
Jason Kefa Okemwa is an expert in constitutional litigation, judicial review and employment law, with particular focus on fair administrative action under Article 47 of the Constitution. Crafted over 12 years of practice before the superior courts, he has appeared in over two dozen Court of Appeal matters and four Supreme Court of Kenya appeals. He is also a Certified Professional Mediator (MTI).
Trainee Advocate | CPM | ACIArb
Grace Mureithi is a Trainee Advocate with experience in legal practice and a particular interest in Employment Law, Constitutional and Judicial Review matters, Conveyancing, and Legal Research. She is a Certified Professional Mediator (CPM) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). At Okemwa Advocates, Grace supports and oversees matters within these practice areas, providing legal research, analysis, and advisory support to clients, with a strong commitment to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and practical, client-focused legal solutions.

Bernard Makinda serves as the firm’s Administrator, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our day-to-day activities.
